The economic downturn is affecting more than Gross Domestic Product and the prices of goods and services, it is also affecting the personal financial goals of everyone nation-wide. The Program & Education Committee is pleased to present a valuable seminar for the members of the Metropolitan Philadelphia Chapter of HFMA. Join us on the afternoon of February 15th at historic Houston Hall on the Penn campus to learn how you can guide your personal financial planning ship through these troubled waters.
Guided by expert speakers from Sterling Investment Advisors, Ltd., Fidelity investments and Creative Financial Group, attendees will first learn how we got to the situation we are currently facing. Once you know how "we got here", our speakers will offer their thoughts on hwere our economy is heading now and how you can position yourself to be ready for what lies ahead, regardless of whether you are planning for retirement, the education of your children, or for your future Long Term Care needs. With that in mind, one of our presenters will get you to start thinking about preparing for Long Term Care and the necessary steps you should implement to make sure you have planned accordingly. Lastly, we will offer you with an overview of the Capital markets and some insight into the direction of the economy overall and how the future look ahead.
