In this integral role, the selected candidate will hold responsibility for the accurate and efficient entry of data into the Financial/Material Management System and other related web based applications. Be prepared to perform regular audits for both accuracy and completeness as well as monitor the integrity of system back-ups. This position further offers the opportunity to train employees on the implementation of new procedures and generate ad hoc reporting. We will further turn to your expertise for recommendations on how to better automate and improve work processes. | Qualifications |
In addition to the ability to troubleshoot related issues, test program releases and maintain a strong working relationship with our Information Systems Department, our qualifications include: • At least two years of Microsoft/Great Plains experience; candidates with three or more years of experience with similar software packages will also be considered• Background should include at least one year of financial and material management exposure and some supervisory experience• Excellent communication (written/verbal), training and analytical skills• Ability to trains staff in the use of software applications specifically Microsoft and Great Plains • Working knowledge of Access, Excel and Crystal and MS System Engineering Certification preferred |
