We are seeking a talented Revenue Cycle individual with patient access, patient financial services expertise and a successful record of building profitable, successful service organizations. This is a highly visible and diverse role with potential to transition into a partner. The qualified candidate will be responsible for defining and executing strategies for growth, developing and/or refining services methodologies, developing and modifying marketing material for the revenue cycle services, creating total pricing packages, and conducting sales visits. In addition, the qualified candidate will be responsible for educating appropriate resources ie, business development staff, facilitating knowledge transfer, managing consultants, assisting in hiring new talent for upcoming projects, and developing accurate headcount projections. Also, the qualified candidate will be responsible for monitoring utilization related to budget and developing appropriate plans for revenue cycle staffing, monitoring profitability of service engagements based on hourly projections and pricing, and developing added services based on market demands and issues that arise.

| Qualifications |
Extensive operational experience working with hospitals and health systems and diverse revenue management experience is required. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5-10 years of progressive healthcare revenue management, business development, and consulting services. Previous consulting experience, strong understanding of business development for consulting services, and extensive network of C-level contacts required. Experience in the areas of project management, business information technology applications, and financial services a plus.
Must have excellent verbal and business writing skills, internet and research skills, be self-motivated, have ability to drive new business opportunities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and staff. Candidate must be willing to travel.
