In this role, you will be responsible for coordination, development and implementation of St. Mary Medical Center managed care activities particularly as it relates to clinical integration and new payment models.

Duties include:

• Participating in the development of coordinated operating and strategic plans for managed care activities

• Ensuring managed care development is in concert with St Mary strategies and financial goals and objectives

• Assisting in the development of close managed care relationships with major payers and employers

• Strengthening financial oversight of key managed care contracts and relationships

• Working closely with Managed Care team at Mercy to ensure our collective payment goals are met
