 Responsibilities:
• Work collegially with practice physicians to enhance patient satisfaction, promote practice growth and improve practice efficiencies.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of designated practice sites.
• Responsible for coordinating and achieving practice financial program.
• Develop office procedures and ensure that policies/procedures are followed. 
• Contract with external vendors and South Jersey Healthcare and its affiliates for practice operation services such as accounts payable, human resources support and payroll. 
• Maintain and enhance patient/customer service satisfaction scores; achieve budget, organizational and personal fiscal goals.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree.
• 5-7 years experience in physician relations in surgical practice management and/or hospital administration.
• 3 years or more managing multiple-specialty group practices preferred.
• Previous management experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
