Mercy System Services (Corporate Office) has an immediate opening for a Decision Support/Managed Care Analyst. This position is located in Conshohocken, PA. The Decision Support/Managed Care Analyst will update and audit the Decision Support System (McKesson's Horizon Performance Manager-HPM) databases for multiple Hospitals on a monthly/daily basis, maintain cost allocation and other DSS batch processes and troubleshoot system/interface problems. Utilize various HPM modules to complete various analyses including: profit & loss by DRG, Payer, Physician, etc., managed care contracts/negotiations and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet model building, expected vs. actual payment analysis, clinical/medical management improvement initiatives and other special projects. Maintain Contract Management terms for all managed care contracts and government payers. Maintain managed care contract rate schedules. Complete routine capitation reconciliations. Perform monthly contractual allowance review and summary. Analyze contractual allowance reserves and impact to financial statements.
